Can I walk to the GO train?
From the eastern streets closest to Mount Joy, some people do. From the rest of Wismer it is a short drive or a bus. Check the address before you count on it.
Is the housing stock consistent?
Largely yes, which makes pricing transparent. Most homes date from the early 2000s onward, so mechanicals are newer and inspections tend to be uneventful.
What about mature trees?
Still filling in. The tree canopy here is nothing like Unionville or Markham Village and that is the usual trade for newer housing.
Is it a good area to upsize into?
It is one of the most common upsizing destinations in Markham, usually from a condo or townhome further south.
